I kicked off my journey with Northern States Basement Systems in 2022 as an office assistant—and apparently, I didn’t sit still for long! I was promoted to Office Manager in 2023 and then, in 2025, I was promoted to General Manager. Along the way, I earned my Advanced Studies Certificate/Diploma through Contractor Nation, because I’m a big believer in always leveling up.

With a background in administration, management, human resources, finance, customer service, social media, and marketing, this role feels like it was tailor-made for me. I get to use a little bit of everything I’ve learned—and then some. Plus, I share my office with one of our beloved “CEOs,” Charli (also known as Turkey), and our fearless “Head of Security,” my dog Wednesday. They take their jobs very seriously… especially when treats are involved.

No two days here are ever the same—and that’s exactly how I like it. One minute I’m scheduling projects, the next I’m managing permits, solving problems, or tackling something completely unexpected. It’s fast-paced, occasionally a little chaotic, and always exciting. But honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The incredible office staff, hardworking crews, and amazing customers are what truly make Northern States Basement Systems feel like my second home. And I feel incredibly lucky to say it out loud: I genuinely love what I do.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me soaking up time with friends and family—or being lovingly bossed around by my rescue pups, Hero and Wednesday. I love traveling with my husband, spoiling my nieces and nephew, and sneaking away to visit Salem, Massachusetts (because apparently, I never outgrew my love for all things witchy). If there’s a mix of family time, a little adventure, and a couple of happy dogs involved, I’m all in!
