Jordan Coughlin

Meet Jordan, one of our Specialists & Foremen here at Northern States Basement Systems! Jordan was hired as a Laborer in April, 2022 and since then, he has shown nothing but hard work and dedication to Northern States Basement Systems and was quickly promoted to foreman and now he is a certified specialist!

Jordan has now completed his training and schooling to become a certified waterproofing, foundation and design specialist.  Jordan says that being a lifelong Northern Minnesotan and coming from working for a long line of family-owned businesses, Northern States Basement Systems is the ideal fit for him. Jordans day-to-day schedule involves running and training a crew, assisting current customers and doing estimates for our new customers, he loves improving a customer’s life by helping with their water, moisture and structural issues.

Previously, Jordan has worked as a handy-man, maintenance technician, laborer and he was also an assembler at Polaris.

Jordan's day-to-day duties are always different and he enjoys new challenges when solving basement and crawl space problems. 

We asked Jordan what he liked most about working at Northern States Basement Systems and he said that he really enjoys working for a small company that has a family like dynamic. We also consider Jordan one of our biggest assets!

In Jordans spare time he like to work on renovating his home and spending time with his wife, daughter, family and dogs.
