My fence gate was hit by a truck and didn't get fixed as promised. Chim didn't apologize for the incident and acted like it was no big deal. My fence gates are 25 y/o so they're very fragile so it upset me. But, I'll get it fixed, should be easy enough.

I chose NSBS because the owner Dave came to my house to look at what needed to be fixed and gave me a fair estimate. After meeting with him, I knew this was the right company to get the job done.
