We went with your company because of the guaranties, warranties, and confidence in the system working.  We wanted someone who knew basements. We had another guy from a construction company come and do an estimate, but he was vague, had no guaranty it would work, and he hemmed and hawed.  We just had no confidence that the procedure would work.  Plus, it took him a week to get back to us with estimate.  I loved the estimate was done on the spot!
