Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water damage to finished Basement in Iron, MN

This customer had water coming into their finished basement. It was a newer house that had no leaking until this spring. The water was entering the house along one wall and even found its way into the window wells which were leaking. This was not a good thing. Our specialist Dave came out and proposed to use our WaterGuard system and a new SuperSump, in hopes of removing the water before it could cause any more damage. He also addressed the leaky window wells with a WellDuct window drain which will catch the water rather than it leaking through the window. The water that is caught in the window drain will then enter the WaterGuard system where it will be removed from the house via the SuperSump system. The homeowner was ready to get the basement the way it was before the water came in, with a peace of mind it wasnt going to leak in the same way it had previously.
